Finally – A way to quit smoking without Willpower! (And it was there all the time!)

A therapist from the UK believes he has uncovered the “missing link” for smokers – it’s your emotions. And he claims that by using a technique known as NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), you can not only get free in a matter of hours, but you need no willpower and will never have cravings again.

There is some “standardised” advice about how to quit smoking that makes me want to scream!
Here’s one classic: “Plan the day when you’re going to stop smoking. Put it on your calendar.”
Effect: every time you look at that calendar you’ll feel a pang of anxiety – and what will you do? You’ll smoke another cigarette, that’s what! As if there could be a “good time” to give up smoking!
